Every order ships free, to any country we deliver to. No minimum purchase, no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
- Australia & rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page for help following your package.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Wrong address or lost package
